We understand the necessity for immediate placements at times, and we can usually get a suitable candidate to you promptly, often within the hour. However each situation is different so placement depends on the expertise and skill set you require.
Depending on what level of expertise and skill set you are looking for in a candidate, we discuss with you prior to each assignment the rate most suitable for you and the worker.
You will receive one invoice per week that covers all costs including 8% Holiday Pay, Kiwisaver, ACC Levies, Sick/Bereavement leave.
Every candidate is reference checked with at least two previous employers. We can also organise Police checks and drug screening at your request.
In most cases you can meet the candidates before they start. Obviously in urgent situations this is sometimes not possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the candidate notify us within the first 4 hours of the assignment, we will either reduce or cancel the charge, and also endeavour to replace them.

Just let us know as soon as you can, and we will discuss with the temporary worker. For assignments that have been ongoing longer than four weeks 24 hours notice is required. A cancellation prior to commencement of an assignment, 3 hours is needed.
After 4 weeks continual service, you won’t have to pay for the Statutory holiday cost (we cover this cost), however should they work on the actual statutory holiday, they are entitled to be paid time and a half, we will discuss with you the effect on your costs.
Yes you can, in most cases after a relatively short temporary assignment there are no placement fees at all.
We will sit down with you, go through why you are looking for a candidate, what the candidate needs to bring to your company, what sort of budget you are willing to spend, and gauge what type of environment she/he will be working in. We then work out the most realistic way of obtaining this person (if we don’t already have them on our database) and come up with a recruitment marketing strategy.
From here we go through the estimated cost of achieving this with you, and once in agreement go ahead and find you the best candidate!
